AshCanopy treats personal privacy as non-negotiable. We engineered the platform to operate with minimal data and this document proves it.
What gets logged: device model, browser string, navigation path, timestamp of access. What doesn't: your identity, your location, your contacts.
Data exists to improve stability and prioritize new features. It is never weaponized for targeting, profiling, or commercial resale.
Browser-local storage holds high scores and visual preferences. No server syncing. Delete it in browser settings anytime.
Infrastructure partners deliver pages and process requests under tight legal constraints. They don't analyze or retain visitor data.
Server logs expire within six months. Deletion requests are completed within one business week.
You may inspect, amend, or erase any data we hold on you. One email is all it takes.
Material policy changes are dated and called out so nobody has to read the whole thing again.
